*Our educational institutions work on the old Aristotelian principle that a society must identify its achievers, put them on a pedestal & reward them when the deliver; that some people have to lead the society & you lay down the criteria for how they are to be identified. Naturally there will be a tendency to associate intelligence with leadership. They (educational institutions) just do a great job of attracting the right minds & then put them on a structured path to glorious success. The institutes should focus on the pursuit of learning without loosing their achievement orientation & organizations should focus on a achievement with a learning orientation.

*Data---Information---Knowledge---Wisdom---Enlightenment---Creativity

*A Cloud doesn’t know why it moves in just such a direction &at such a speed. It feels an impulsion…this is the place to go now. But the Sky knows the reasons & the patterns behind all Clouds. You will know too when to life yourself high enough, where to go & to see beyond the limits of horizons.

*Here is a test to find whether your mission on earth is finished. IF YOU ARE ALIVE, IT ISN’T.

*You teach best what you need most to learn.

*You’re only obligation in your lifetime is to be true to yourself. Being true to anyone else is not only impossible, but the mark of a fake messiah.

*Learning is finding out what you already know. Doing is demonstrating that you know it. Teaching is reminding others that they know just as well as you. You are all learners doers & teachers.

“Don’t you think that our minds are so commercial, unless I get a reward I don’t’/won’t do a thing. And ones mind lives in the marketplace, I give you this you give me that. We are so used to commercialism, both spiritually & physically, that we don’t do anything without a reward, without gaining something, without a purpose. It must always be exchange not gift. I torture myself religiously & the God must come to me. It’s all matter of commerce.”

*Think as you like to but behave as others like.

*Grasp the subject & the work will follow.

*If you succeed a great man or have famous parent, you will have to accomplish double their achievements to outshine them, or even to be counted in the same league.

*Successful leader needs to be respected not popular.

*Death lies in senses. Life lies in spirit.

Importance of Teamwork!
A bunch of smart MBA students about to give their final paper just got drunk the previous night & did not study. Next day morning remorse filled them & they thought of a brilliant idea of fooling their dean to cover their absence. They painted their hands & dresses with oil & grease &, with disheveled hair, they burst in the examination hall where the paper was going on.
They painted a sob story of how their car developed a flat tyre the previous night on a desolate road & how they didn't get any help & had to rough out back to the campus which they reached just a few minutes earlier. They pleaded for a re-exam after a few days. The dean said he was a reasonable man & he would give the re-exam after three days. The boys worked hard for the three days & went to the hall confidently.
The dean explained that since this was an extraordinary request, the four students will give the examination from four different halls, the question paper being the same.
The question paper was given to the four halls. It had 100 marks. The first question which had just 5 marks was simple. The second question which had 95 marks was:- "WHICH TYRE??"
